Sunday morning YOGA re commencing this Sunday, 5th February in the gym. New style of "Qi Gong" yoga, focusing on strengthening tendons and ligaments while giving your muscles a good stretch. Sessions must be booked in advance by contacting the Train Station Gym due to limited numbers. 086 851 2858.
