Qi Gong

Mindful Movement

Qi Gong warm up with acu-points Tapping Sequence. Qi Gong is an ancient practice for overall wellbeing. The gentle yet strengthening postures focus on breathing, movement and Nature. It is rooted in the presence of Balance... Ying and Yang, water and fire, in and out, up and down etc. The intention is to nourish and generate inner harmony. It is beneficial for overall Health - mind, body and spirit. It is a gentle mindful movement practice. It can be described as meditation in motion, along with our deepest level of life-force support, Nature.

This is a flowing Qi Gong sequence with the Tree energy. Going back to Nature strengthens resilience, immunity and inner peace. By connecting with your own line of Gravity and magnetic field, you strengthen our alignment with Nature. By living in harmony with Nature's cycles we can live with a deep connection to our Health. When Nature is embraced from the inside out, we may come to realise we are deeply supported on every level - physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. Even through chaotic and worrying times, Nature always holds space and calm. 'Hope it the thing with feathers on it, that perches on the soul'. Nature's song is eternal and with awareness and breathing movement practices, we can come into unity with the life-force energy of Nature all around us. Everything is connected to everything. The journey of freedom is a web and weave.

Mindfulness means presence & awareness… being yourself & living in the now. It is our natural state as humans & it is the ability to manage, nourish & express our own energy. Movement benefits the body’s flow of energy, core strength & mind-body-spirit connection. Practicing connecting the awareness of nature with moving is mindfulness in motion. Bog Energy is deeply grounding and reflects how our minds absorb information, this can nourish our capacity to be mindful and present with the multidimensional layering system of the mind.

Forest Flow

& Breath of Life Meditation

(17:52)

Forest Flow - A guided movement and mindfulness flow through the Acupressure Tapping Sequence & Breath of Life Meditation. Nourishing calm, letting go and inner alignment with Nature. This is beneficial for connecting with Nature from within and aligning the energy cycle of the Breath's connection to each organ. There is an inner map in which our Qi, or life force natural energy, flows through a sequence of all the main organs. Beginning with the Lungs, to the Large Intestine, to the Stomach and so on, we cover 12 main organs and energy centres, the roots and foundation map of our internal Health. Gentle movement at the beginning of the sequence helps to let go of any tension from our body and mind. This allows more space for relaxation. It encourages more inner space, calm and stillness with the Breath of Life Meditation. Enjoy the deep Forest Flow :)

This flow of movements integrates strength exercises, flow exercises, deep breathing and inner calm. Enjoy this sequence with the support of Lough Corrib as your background. Our kidney energy resonates with the element of water, physically the kidneys regulate water, emotionally there is the spectrum of feeling fear to feeling deep calm, energetically the kidneys connect us with the deep water cycles of Mother Earth. The lake energy has a deep calming effect on our nervous system and inner experience of Life. Whether we are near or far from a lake we can connect with its spirit through connecting with the life-force of our kidneys. As long as we are on this Earth, the reality of calm, deep reflection and inner tranquility is never too far away, once we know we can connect with Nature and the wisdom of the lake from the inside out.  Lake energy is deeply reflective and wise. It holds reflection for our life-force energy and our Soul's Path.
